Take part in a fun and friendly environment where you will receive a challenging workout without any judgement. This class is all about fitness, and we are ready to help you improve your strength, speed, power, balance, and flexibility.
For ages 13 and up.
All participants in the program are equipped with hand wraps and boxing gloves. Students have a chance to use heavy bags, double end bags, other targets and fitness equipment.
Members will have access to one in-gym class and one virtual class on a weekly basis. Our Winter/Spring session begins on Monday, January 4 to Friday, May 28. As we continue to move forward with reopening plans by the provincial government, we will be responsive to their recommendations.
