Youth Kickboxing teaches all aspects of kickboxing while continuing to develop physical literacy, including balance, speed, strength, endurance, and power as a foundation for further training. It focuses on technique, striking targets, and conditioning.
For ages 5 to 15.
Sparring is not part of this class, rather athletes focus on striking, striking heavy bags, double end bags, and pads. As coaches, we pay a lot of attention in ensuring our youth are progressively developing their skills and building confidence.
